- All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including for unused time or unused value cases.
- Business days skip weekends and US federal holidays.
- Team plans: all of a plan’s value cases share one set of up to 3 workstreams, chosen as the cases are set up.
- Plans can be added while others are running. Hold up to 8 value cases at a time; a plan that would take you past 8 adds only the cases that fit, at the same price.
- When a plan ends, your value cases stay readable.
IT and ServiceNow Maturity Assessment
- One-time payment per assessment program. Not a subscription: nothing renews or bills monthly.
- Choose 1 to 8 capability areas, covered by one assessment and one consolidated report, with a bundle saving for each area after the first.
- Each package includes 3 named users in total (one assessment owner plus 2 participants), not 3 per capability area.
- Extra named users from user 4: $49 (30-day), $69 (60-day) or $89 (90-day) each, one-time per program.
